Hot take: Engineering students who cannot grasp the concept of "files and folders" and only understands their phone's storage structure

THEY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO RECEIVE THEIR ENGINEERING DEGREES.

Fail them. Tell them to go take remedial computer class at the local elementary school.

It’s blatantly obvious that they’ve abandoned calling recent inflation spikes as “transitory” so now the narrative has shifted into how inflation is akshewally good and we need more of it. They really think you are this retarded.

@TacticalBoner @VaxxersPostingTheirLs In conversation with DK yesterday, discovered that America's CDC is now classifying Pnumonia/Influenza/Covid deaths as all the same thing - 'PIC'. The CDC's website where they track influenza stats seems like they are "phasing out" influenza, but keeping the influenza-vaccine. [ poa.st/@scalar/posts/ACGEqHHaT7C95kR2ga ]

The yearly "get your flu shot" industry is gigantic and you just can't declare "influenza has been evolutionary exhausted by sars-cov-2" without large financial impacts. Also take into account that old Fauci video where he says he wants mRNA tech for flu boosters.

The initial mRNA program fits nicely with the notion of yearly "influenza" boosters. It makes "boosters" easier to sell to the public as no different than the yearly "flu shot" you are supposed to get.

@djsumdog @NJ90 there is a basic problem with electric vehicles in the USA which is that our power grid is shit so adding more things that use a bunch of power is a problem. but that's not an electric car problem that's a "america won't maintain critical infrastructure" problem

Kotaku Promoting Piracy of Just-Released Metroid Dread—and doubled down on it

https://www.koopatv.org/2021/10/kotaku-promoted-metroid-dread-piracy.html

It's a new KoopaTV article about how videogame journalists are enemies of the people—in this case, Kotaku seems to really want people to pirate Metroid Dread, which just came out on Friday.
If everyone followed that logic, Nintendo would not make a new Metroid game ever again.
Kotaku is also denying that they really want people to pirate Metroid Dread, so the KoopaTV article makes it quite clear how they did that.
