Another side quest and another 2 NPCs complete!

I realized I have to set up some collision for the areas where you move from one map to another, because just in case an NPC can wander over to them you could accidentally get stuck inside of them. So I'll be doing that next.

@ArdainianRight Corporatists will always side with commies and socialists because both want to centralize government and destroy free market and competition ( i.e. pull the ladder so small business do not drive them out of the market ).

Enemies now appear from behind. I still need to tweak the behavior. I'm trying to program them to catch up to the player when they appear from behind but they still behave oddly.
