Humanity needs stories of great heroes triumphing against all adversity to inspire their souls to great deeds. But of course leftism is inherently opposed to the concept of greatness, because greatness implies inequality. it’d be cool if more fediverse administrators didn’t just block entire instances wantonly because some user had an opinion they disagreed with. we’re (springbo.cc) blocked from a good many instances for no official reason given and with no communication or attempts at mediation made. it’s cool as the fediverse grows and decentralizes, and single user instances out be able to operate freely—but kinda messed up how admins will dictate what large swaths of their users are able to see or interact with. guess Aristotle was right in believing that only certain classes of people had souls of enough caliber to lead responsibly…shortage of philosopher kings out there.
