Friction is an underrated part of the gaming experience. I think the two games most engraved onto my soul are Majora's Mask and Xenoblade 2, and both of them have situations where you're just waiting around for time to pass. This might seem like an objective design flaw, but there is value in just taking in the visuals, the music, the world, and sometimes "suboptimal" game design gives you time to breathe and take it all in in a way you might be less inclined to otherwise.

OOT Remake:
+ Link actually emotes
+ Manual camera
+ Manual jumping

- The added details to Link's tunic are unnecessary (just use Young Link's Smash Ultimate model and make an adult model in the same artstyle)
- The day/night cycle in the original was never good and adding it to towns and buildings is probably going to make it worse
- Princess Zelda already looked ugly in the N64 version but somehow she looks uglier in this one
- Why play this when SoH exist?
- Why is Aonuma still the director of the series?

Trackpads/touchpads were never good, but whoever came up with the idea of three taps = one click deserves a metaphorical beating. It's the leading cause of all ghost inputs for laptop users.
