All I want to do is go down to 200 pounds to impress this girl and I'm stuck at 225 or 222.

No matter how little it eat, even with food that has no calories I'm stuck.

Idk why.

@Mr_NutterButter it ain't gonna happen overnight man, just keep working at it

@beardalaxy I know but it's just driving me insane because I've been trying to at least get one more Pound down for 3 days now.

I'd be fine if I got one pound down and then immediately went back to a high number because then at least know I'm making progress as some degree but the fact I can't break through this is what's driving me insane.

@Mr_NutterButter read my reply again and then read it any other time you think that

@Mr_NutterButter @beardalaxy 3 days is nothing

I usually go down .5lbs a week if I'm cutting

Just watch your daily intake vs TDEE
@Mr_NutterButter @beardalaxy One pound in three days is asking a lot. One pound per week, or even per two weeks is a realistic goal.

@Jens_Rasmussen @Mr_NutterButter also keep in mind weight fluctuation. Picking a time in the day with a consistent routine to weigh yourself is a good idea, like first thing in the morning.

@Mr_NutterButter
Yeah, I got stuck at 98kg for a while now.
The hard part it to actually push after a few months, but don't lose your faith. It's a hard process, but I know you are a man of strong will.

@fluffy @Mr_NutterButter >what, no questions?
I think we can all safely assume that you weren't drinking beer and eating brownies at 8pm at night 😉
@Mr_NutterButter

Dump carbs. Eat eggs, unprocessed meats and hard cheeses. Drink water when you're "hungry" in between meals. Fast for a day every so often,

You will shed weight like you won't believe.

@SilverDeth yeah I've been getting cravings to eat that ever since I've stopped eating a bunch of stuff and I remember when I just were primarily eating eggs that's when I had my most amount of weight loss.

@SilverDeth additional question any kind of egg served in any manner out of curiosity?

I was primarily eating hard boiled eggs but I also wouldn't mind making scrambled eggs is there any kind of difference in different egg types other than of course additional ingredients.

@Mr_NutterButter Just don't go adding sauces and all eggs styles are amazing.
@Mr_NutterButter I've been using bean sprouts as filler in my recipes. I have lost about 50 pounds on my diet so far, but I also ride my bicycle for 21 miles every week.

> Go buy a slow cooker if you don't already have one
> Buy ~2 lbs of beef, some frozen mixed veggies and some herbs and spices you like.
> Put these in with 1 liter of beef broth
> Constantly eat this stew
> You will shit out things that you never ate and rapidly lose weight

@slowlygoingsane I'm super interested in this out of curiosity is there a recipe for different versions of this in case I don't like some vegetables.

Or

Could you list off the ingredients and where you bought them at.

@Mr_NutterButter

So this can be done on the fly, I'll provide you a few good samples:

- 2 lbs of beef. Your super market has "Stew beef" somewhere in the meat section and probably on sale
- 1 lb of frozen mixed veggies from the Harris Teeter or Food Lion frozen food section. Make sure to get green beans, peas, carrots, potatoes and onions
- 1 L of beef broth
- 1 tbsp garlic
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp paprika

Slowcook overnight

@Mr_NutterButter

Don't wait till you're perfect to try your first time. Just let the slowcooker make you constant meals of meat and vegetables. Once you learn to cook your own food in general, you'll lose even more weight

@Mr_NutterButter

Try it tonight and make sure to subsist on beef stew until you're tired of it. Then I'll show you how to make pizza from scratch, which is just healthy grilled meat, some tomato sauce and fresh cheese

@Mr_NutterButter

This dude who advises drug dealers how to use TOR properly has a good beef stew recipe that's not slowcooked though:

@Mr_NutterButter

Use yellow potatoes instead of brown. They stay rock solid even after sloelw cooking, though they'll still be tender

@Mr_NutterButter

Did you try the beef stew recipe? This works with other meats as well, but you'll want chicken broth for chicken stew/soup.

Also I forgot to mention it requires salt, but to your tastes. Buying a thing of Cajun seasoning and seasoning it afterwards might work better. If it doesn't have enough salt, it will taste really, really bland

@slowlygoingsane not yet, I'm planning on going grocery shopping today.

I do weekly grocery shopping so I only go once a week.

By the way out of curiosity how much should I eat everyday just like an average size bowl amount or less?

And by overnight what temperature should I have it on generally and if that 12 plus hours or more?

@Mr_NutterButter

If you're eating a meal that's just healthy meat and vegetables, your body will probably fill up on protein and fiber at far fewer calories than you're used to. Just start by comparing how much you go through now vs before and see if you're not suddenly eating less and pooping more.

Your slow cooker should only have "Low" and "High". 6 hours on high, 8 on low.

Don't wait till you're perfect to try your first time and get a thing of your favorite Cajun spice just in case

@Mr_NutterButter

This guy explains it here. Of course, fiber and carbs from healthy veggies come attached with tons of vitamins and minerals and nutrients, so a less intense version is to eat mostly meat with healthy vegetables and minimal carbs.
