It was not a lightning in a bottle moment though. DC did the same thing already once. DCAU ran for 14 years, and did contain the best of the Superhero TV ever made.

I just want them to do it again...

Yes, it was a politcal movie, that I didn't like to begin with.

But, I love problem solving. And this movie was successful enough, as well as set in the EXACT ERA, where it needed to be, to actually start an extended universe project.

So, that was kinda my entire point.
Also, why did MR Sparkle had to get the coolest batsuit we had since Arkham knight is beyond me.

The Batman from mr Sparkle is actually the best place to restart DCEU, and these idiots are missing on that chance completely.

What does matter though was, that this was the biggest case of corny capitalism in recorded history, as well as extreme jump to totalletarian government. And that had to be stopped.
