Also, while they were hero-level beings, (at least from my memory of seing the movie about 10 years ago), they were on a battlefield, but they were not the deciding force in these battles.

There were still a million other people on both sides, so their humor didn't feel disrespectful to the humanity.

Also, the World has a stupid long grind for equipment.

While in Rise, you can reasonably switch weapons, in the world, it takes SO MUCH TIME!!!

While I tried most weapons, and love the heavy ones, there are days, where I say fuck it, and take twin blades or the clave. (because the monsters were not designed for attacks from the air.)

While I still do preffer badassery that isn't screaming "broken physics", yeah. Holywood is unable to do a proper action scene these days.

I get especially pissed off by their "I am standing in the middle of the battlefield, but no hurry. I'll just talk for 10 minutes without any cover" scenes
