The true issue to me seems to be the ability to sell your shares. If all revenue could only be gained from tbhe divident payments, then you would at least have some interest in keeping the company culture. This way, all they need to get profit is to make the company look good for a single month.

Yes, they switched to Unreal engine.
A really bad choice, if you ask me. If they include TAA + Ray tracing combo, I am afraid the final game might be too noisy for me to play.
