@LukeAlmighty yup, i got it dec 2021 and felt like absolute dog shit for one night and then after that it was just a bad cold for the next few days basically. i don't get sick very often, in fact that's the only time i've been sick in 3 years. but my experience with vaccines for the flu has never been good so i didn't want to risk it with something that was supposedly deadlier, and with a vaccine that caused other side effects on top of that.
Not gonna lie, seeing triceps actually move enough to re-shape the arm is a huge ego boost.
And I haven't even been excersysing for that long. It just jumped out first enough to be noticed.
