@DarkMahesvara I think "apologize" is a little bit of an understatement about what needs to happen to Bush

@FutaFanatic it's usually an obs or windows update that fucks something up somehow. Or just certain games not playing very nicely with it. Or other software like VSTs for mics. Sometimes it's just twitch itself or the internet. There's a bunch of shit that goes wrong all the time.

I recently had a hardware issue where my capture card is now a paperweight because it isn't supported by the company anymore after a certain windows 10 update happened. So I now need a new capture card :l

@thatbrickster @LukeAlmighty ps5 got pwnd by fail0verflow too but the exploit wasn't ever released.

Everything will be cracked eventually if the drive is there. That's why I respect companies that barely even bother, if at all.

@PawelK@qoto.org @pasture @AmpBenzScientist not any more uncrackable than any other denuvo games. most get cracked within a year. if the games themselves aren't cracked, the emulators will probably end up emulating the part that denuvo relies on at some point, as have a lot of other emulators with anti-piracy methods from games.

the really bad thing about this isn't just preventing people from playing backups of games they legally own on emulators, it's not being able to play games offline on the switch. not to mention the degradation of performance on an already underperforming console. any game that implements this is going to crash and burn.

@LukeAlmighty @Autumn @wyliesau i know of a few people that got the vax because they wanted to travel and now you basically don't need it to do so anyway. none of them ended up traveling either.
