I set aside my mattress topper (which is just 6 inches of foam) and opened up my window last night and holy shit it's the best sleep I've had in a WHILE. Sleeping on just the mattress I can kind of feel the springs but I'll take that over waking up sweating and being way too hot. I didn't even have to turn my fan on. 8 hours of full power fan isn't exactly energy efficient lol. I'm even in pajamas, like man last night was so cozy. Got 10 hours of sleep!

@icedquinn I play outdoors and I use one speaker at like 1/4 it's volume, maybe less xD

@icedquinn low enough for the bass to shake the lights in the hallway xD I swear man, all of the DJs that people hire have this insane gear that they're packing with really loud audio and butt pucker bass, but they really do not know how to use it xD the guy here a week ago said his gear tripped the breaker at a really nice venue here (Deer Valley, they do Sundance Film Festival stuff there) and blamed it on the venue xD then took nearly two hours to break everything down. Good times! Then they're always like forgetting extension cables or speaker stands... Kind of crazy.

Mexican DJ complaining he won't have enough power here to run his speaker setup even though he's using 3 circuits. I'm like, wtf that should be plenty. He says he'll have to keep the volume low.

I walk in an hour later and this dude has SIX TALL CABINET SPEAKERS. WHY THE FUCK DO YOU NEED THAT MUCH? We're talking like, middle school gymnasium size for this room lol. These are like 1.5m tall speakers lol.
