@LukeAlmighty I'm talking about unlocking the phase blaster core by removing the safety function, so the only way to wield the gun is with special rubber gloves otherwise you'll get shocked to death, and when you pull the trigger it kicks like a mother fucker so you need weighted boots or a thruster on your back that activates at the same time so you don't fall over. but the blast is a huge ball of energy that can turn a group of people into mere plasma.

there needs to be more illegal modding in sci-fi stories. like doing crazy shit to weapons that's super dangerous but crazy fucking powerful.
