Cities Skylines 2 got announced. I played the first one when it came out but it started getting so many expansions I really didn't want to pay for that I very quickly lost interest. Hopefully the second one includes a lot of that stuff otherwise it's going to be a Sims 4 situation all over again.

In Microsoft's original response to the lawsuit, they requested Sony to reveal all their exclusivity deals over the past 10 years. The judge agreed they honor it, but only for like 3 years. Knowing how rarely Xbox does exclusivity, and how aggressively Sony does, they're never gonna win.
Keep in mind this deal isn't even about cod, candy crush makes more money than any other property in the deal combined.
Also keep in mind cod has done nothing to monopolize the casual military fps, battlefield killed itself and halo is irrelevant. There's nothing stopping Sony from trying to compete, they instead spend millions trying to block crossplay and force people to stay on their platform.

Localization of Japanese games has always been an issue. Western studios all the way back to the NES days have taken Japanese games and changed them in some way to try to appeal to the western audience more. Back then it was just trying to remove stuff like sex/nudity, since video games were seen as things made for children. Now, even things in M rated games are being censored, changed, removed, etc. It's not just the censorship, it's how often localizers actually just change things because they think it's better. It never is.

@maylay Wii U is the BEST emulation machine for Nintendo games. It sucks for just about everything else xD
There's no better way to play DS games, straight up.
@maylay I still have a launch day Wii that's been hacked since like 2008 and it's just fine. Have also modded dozens since then and haven't had any problems other than just plain old hardware failure, but that's always been before I got my hands on them so I'm willing to bet the previous owners didn't treat them well enough. The biggest problem I've had with a Wii was when my laptop would corrupt SD cards and so it would seem like the Wii was broken lol.
