i think the fact that i had more fun with a cheap wave race game from 2016 than a full, modern remake of a legendary classic really says something about me as a gamer. i think i just prioritize a game being fun to play over anything else.

@LukeAlmighty i have also 100% had the issue of games having way too much content or dragging on. i had to FORCE myself to finish tears of the kingdom, and that was with duplicating tons of items. i had to cheat to finish system shock, otherwise i would have just put it down. it doesn't really matter how long the game is, if it feels like it is dragging or just that there is way too much stuff that's a waste of time i'm going to become quite impatient.

I think another 4 years of Trump will be good for the average person in the US, since it will likely lead to a better economy just like we saw with his presidency. I don't think anything he does will be good for us long-term, though. That would take someone with balls much bigger than his. In other words, we are heading towards hell and Trump will only slow the descent. With how he acted in 2020 especially, I can tell he is only interested in short-term results without thinking of the impact that will have.
