@rosey that's a pretty cynical way of looking at it imo. i see them as people playing a loose character and having fun with it. as far as advertising goes, they're just like any other youtuber/celebrity/etc. i don't think it's that deep.

holy shit, i didn't realize before but the lord of the rings movie trilogy came out in the span of 3 years. one each year. they're some of the greatest movies ever. how do you even accomplish that? fucking magic.

@rosey it made sense for coco since her situation was pretty dumb, with the whole taiwan thing.

but most of the time they don't get fired, they leave on their own terms. i don't think "upset" is the right way to put it, more just kinda sad and hopeful that they'll enjoy whatever they go on to do in the future. it's like frodo setting sail for the undying lands at the end of return of the king. you know it is probably what is best for them but they are leaving everything else behind and it's very bittersweet.

@YeetLibs gura will always be my oshi because I liked her even years before then as senzawa but as far as who I actually watch rn, filian and shondo take the cake. Filian having a 3d model adds so much to the visual gags and shondo is just very cute and funny.

@bonkmaykr I have never overclocked anything but I buy stuff that can be overclocked because it is more durable
