@kvit the only time i can do it is before work since i work nights haha. unfortunately i can only do 3 days a week but that's probably more of a blessing so that i don't push myself too hard. that's going to be by far the hardest thing for me, realizing that while i feel good i'm nowhere near as athletic as i used to be before i started having seizures. i always try to go harder than i can and that ends up with me needing to stop early. so i really got pace myself and yeah, just slowly increase weight/reps.

i'm gonna have to watch a tutorial on youtube or something lol, and partially hope that my friend knows what he's doing more than i do. he's been far more recently than i have. right now, i only have the basic idea that i want to do half the time lifting and half the time on the recumbent bike. just not sure quite yet what exactly the lifting will entail.
goin to the gym tomorrow to start my journey to swoledom, haven't been there since like 2011.
any tips?

If you live in the Eastern and/or Southern US. Stay the fuck away from high grassy areas and places with a lot of animals. There has been a recent outbreak of ticks, and these ticks might be the lone star ticks that gives you meat allergies and that the WEF and other globalists want us to get bit by.

Also there was an academic paper released last month about "Beneficial Bloodsucking", saying that the efforts to prevent the spread of these ticks are "morally impermissible". So this is clearly intentional.

Luckily, there are ways to fight back. If you are a home or property owner, you can use nematodes to kill off any ticks in your back/front yard. They work as a parasitic infection and are considered an environmentally friendly and non-toxic alternative to pesticides. There are other methods as well, such as diatomaceous earth, which is like broken glass on a microscopic level. It cuts up their exoskeletons and causes them to dry out, but it's completely harmless to humans and other animals.

Please spread this knowledge around. They know that many of us would not comply if they just simply ban meat, so they are pushing to make it so that we literally can't eat it.

my roommate will listen to any kind of music as long as it has a vocaloid singing, but otherwise it's only either like... indie folk, piano, and orchestral.
@LukeAlmighty hairworks WAS actually sick because it applied physics to hair, all rtx hair does is use spheres instead of triangles to make it look "more realistic"
