@charliebrownau battery is fine, same behavior with it unplugged. Dunno about the bios chip.

@charliebrownau all I need is access to my docs so I could technically run it off my phone or print off a bunch of stuff for the DM screen, but it would be a little bit painful haha. Though perhaps not as painful as just p&p.

@keisuke yeah I'll have to open it up and kind of reseat stuff to see if it works, but the problem is probably much worse noe. I thought it was an issue with the bios firmware so I installed that, reset the computer and it didn't turn back on. Usually it only takes a few attempts to turn on so that's why I thought it was some weird bios bug. But you know, not restarting to update the bios is pretty much a death sentence.

Welp, I think that's it. Laptop is just refusing to boot to the BIOS. Little guy lasted 4 years, $200 cobbled together thing. RIP. Don't have money for a new one so idk wtf I'm gonna do for D&D for the next few months, gonna have to haul my whole PC upstairs probably.

@rasterman the people who are there usually don't have anywhere else to go lol, so it's either block or ignore what you don't like. The vast majority of liberal instances wouldn't allow loli, and they've already been kicked off of Twitter. Hell, Baraag even allows realistic 3D stuff which is more than what we allow (or any instance in this sphere). So that means the people who do that kind of stuff really only have one place to show their work, and that's Baraag.

There are some artists on there who also draw Nazi or MAGA things, whether it's ironic or not idk but it isn't ban worthy over there and they still get plenty of traction.

Cunny chads are truly the most oppressed group on the internet. It gets to a point where you have to tolerate a certain amount of stuff you don't like if you want to enjoy doing stuff you do like.

Been looking at Pathfinder today and it is cool, but definitely a little needlessly complicated. There absolutely do not need to be rules for social encounters, for instance lol.

Maybe those who work in IT can empathize, but when I troubleshoot stuff at work and tell people that the problem is on their end they get pissy. It can't possibly be a problem with their computer! It HAS to be our stuff that's not working right!

@rasterman baraag is probably one of the more politically diverse instances, but the one thing that unites them is cunny.
