@LukeAlmighty @matana they do actually start varying a tiny bit, you have to make different stuff and sometimes there aren't materials for you to use so you have to figure something else out

@rlier23 @Matty @coolboymew if you have busted your knees, good luck lol. don't push yourself too hard otherwise it'll only make them worse. you need a lot of repetition but in short sets to help rehabilitate them, even if only a little bit.

@rosey charity donations done by large companies are pretty much just tax write off excuses anyway, and charities themselves are often shitty. that's to say nothing about who makes what in the company, but just how they act alone is often just "try to throw money at a problem until the problem goes away."
