@Matty @Saber @Dadbolgainz @GrungeQueef @justnormalkorean @monsterislandcolonizer @verita84 which is painfully obvious when you look at something like redfall lol.

Was reach after odst? I thought people liked that game well enough. I've never really played halo though.

Halo ended with 3/ODST. Video games are best developed when it's just a group of dudes doing what they love, instead of some megacorporation sucking the dicks of investors who seek to follow what they perceive to be social trends. Halo: Infinite is the closest 343 has come to making a Halo game and it's still so far off.

@poopernova @rlier23 I've had a video by hero hei called "my stance on loli" in my watch later for a while now because I'm not sure I actually want to watch it lol. It could go either way tbh xD

@poopernova @rlier23 I can't watch shit like that anymore because I go into rage mode and that already happens enough when I see shit about last of us lol

@EdBoatConnoisseur @djsumdog @Shlomo the solo gameplay is way too slow to be enjoyable. You NEED to play it with a friend. Even then it's still just worse smash for people who aren't good at smash.

@moi it's probably better to make a game in Godot, considering it is FOSS and can have its games ported everywhere much easier. Like I said, I've been using rpg maker for a long time, 17 years in fact, because I love its user interface. It's extremely friendly, and with the game I set out to make it might be the only engine that could accommodate a one man dev xD

@moi yeah, go for it! I've honestly just been using rpg maker so long that I'm pretty adept at it. If you like an engine though stick with it :)

I'm gonna check out Godot once I'm done with my game to see if it'll work well for my next one. I've seen some pretty cool things done with it and it's gaining popularity now so there are more tutorials out there.

@qwerty same here. I don't get to play much real D&D anymore so I turn to this kind of stuff.
