@coded_artist @BlinkRape i mean, it's pretty much issue tracking with github/gitlab but in a nice gui. they have a free tier that's limited but does everything i need it to, then they have more robust features they offer as a subscription. so i don't think they really need to go crazy with that sort of thing.

i was using spreadsheets up until just very recently, the reason why i wanted to get set up with an actual interface was for when i have other people testing the game. at that point, a spreadsheet is going to be way harder to maintain with all these people sending in issues. this way they can just submit stuff themselves instead of me having to use a form or a chat client or anything like that.

i'm sure there are things just like this that other companies use that are locally stored. for me though i don't need anything like that... they probably cost a pretty penny.
