@teto @LittleTom the filler and constant reviving of people gets to be a little much. i'm still a sucker for naruto's speeches and the music is fucking killer.

@teto @LittleTom maybe that kind of writing just really gets to me lol. i grew up watching naruto and playing kingdom hearts so i might be a little biased xD

i got to talk sonic with a little autistic girl yesterday, it was pretty fun. she seemed very excited that someone knew as much as she did.

@teto @LittleTom yeah this is like the only place this happens and it's when you're running away from falling rocks and a crumbling cliffside. I'd be shouting fuck too lmao. The writing isn't too bad imo. Not the best ever, I think Witcher 3 is definitely better if we're comparing similar games, but it's still engrossing and believable.

@hindudindu phantom menace is a fine movie with awesome action scenes and music. Plus Watto.

@EveryFrost @Okymir they just don't have enough staff and they need to approve profiles manually. Some people just never get approved at all.

@whut yeah the most that ever happens is they take down the repo in a fit of babyrage or something. even with the audacity thing that happened a while ago, people were forking it and taking out the telemetry or just reverting to old versions. open source is great.

@jeffcliff as a gameliberty user i can confirm this is extremely accurate

regardless of whatever the programmers or managers of godot say or think, or who they ban from what, the fact remains that it is open source and publicly available. this is one reason why open source is so important, so that the software can be detached from the ones who made it. if this were something like unreal engine then they could simply revoke your license to use the engine if they so desired, but with godot that's not an option. so keep using it if that's what you like to use because it can't be taken from you.
