@tomie either way i don't think this is a case of DEI tbh, i think it's the case of vavra and/or the writers just being kind of dumb.

doing my final pass of my game before it launches. still finding issues, ranging from tiny nitpicks to actually decently bad problems lol. guaranteed there will be bugs on the final release but i've done a lot of work trying to get rid of as many as possible.

@tomie main problem i think is that the mc went from being definitively straight to "oh you can be gay if you want"

if the game had a different protag, or let you make your own, then it wouldn't be an issue.

@LukeAlmighty I was a little on the fence about it too until I saw that he had very clearly stated before that Henry was supposed to be straight and that he was a specific character that existed beyond the player. Then I saw a screenshot from the gay scene and even that was gayer than I could have imagined. Crossed swords in the foreground as a metaphor... that's hella gay.
