@Hoss @beardalaxy @emma Let 's just give the hackers enough time, paper clips, tweezers and aluminum foil and they will crack open the switch 2
@AndrewFork @Yokappa go for it
i'm sure they're stolen from somewhere else lol
@mitchconner @emma @Hoss i have no doubt in my mind that the modding community will be working overtime to try and get shit cracked on the switch 2.
@tomie didn't even think about that second point, that's wild
@mitchconner @emma @Hoss the game key card thing at least won't apply to first party games. it's only third parties that will be using it. apparently it's like $20-$25 for a cartridge because they've gotta be really fast and the way their architecture is, 64gb is the lowest storage capacity and the only one nintendo will be producing.
i honestly think that without the game key cards, all these third parties would just be doing code in a box or purely digital anyway. so at the very least, it IS better than a one-time-use code. still not ideal but i think nintendo is probably trying to make the most out of an awkward situation.
i pre-ordered a switch 2, i'm a mario kart fiend so i needed it lmao.
@mitchconner @emma @Hoss as far as i can tell, the OS is exactly the same. but it could theoretically be a different OS with a switch 1 skin over it.
@emma it's also why they are going way more hardcore with the "break our rules for online user engagement and we brick your entire console" thing
@xianc78 you could have the credits as a separate button on the main menu so they don't need to play at the end. at the end of the game you can just have a good ol' end screen and that's it.
@Yokappa when discussing cunny be like:
