@arc I'm glad I got it, but if you are on the fence I would wait for some more games. Maybe wait until metroid prime 4.

@PraxisOfEvil I get freaked out if I leave my blinds open and I'm watching scary stuff, and the fact that I'm on the third floor makes it scarier.

Mario Kart World first impressions

To address what everyone is thinking: this game is not worth $80. I'm glad I got the bundle. $50/$60 is much more reasonable. I will certainly play $80 worth of it, but the gameplay loop works for that. The game itself is nowhere on par with even something like Breath of the Wild in terms of how tight and feature rich it is.

I don't mean to brag, but I'm kind of alright at racing games. I'm absolutely smoking the CPUs just sticking to the main tracks. I'm sure once I go online though I'll need to learn the shortcuts if I want to be competitive, so it's like there's a completely different game kind of lingering under the surface there.

I'm going to get Fast Fusion as soon as I am able to, probably after playing some music next week. I think I'll probably end up liking it more just on a gameplay level.
