Now getting a closer look, my "new" Olivia is quite similar with this first version. All that have changed is the colors of hair and eyes. (And eye shadows to stay until late night watching internet shorts like someone).

@Tamamo @beardalaxy Bombergirl should be a home console franchise that they milk like hudson used to milk bomberman (special emphasis on milk) but the yakuza maintain a death grip on any game that gets people to give a shit about arcades in 202X so it won't happen soon.

@LittleTom @DrRyanSkelton yeah maybe I'm just an old man yelling at a cloud... I just thought I was done seeing silent hill get fucked up the ass only for this recent wave to keep doing it. I would legitimately rather have something like homecoming or downpour than the short message or silent hill f, let alone whatever the fuck that web series was. Silent Hill 2 Remake is decent, but it doesn't hold a candle to the original. I'm a lot more excited for their SH1 remake because at least that game is way more simple and has a lot more room to expand.

@Tamamo @LittleTom look at those shit ass remakes though! Don't you want more of those?

@LittleTom @DrRyanSkelton I was super concerned about the game from the moment I saw it. It doesn't take place in silent hill and it's continuing the bullshit "silent hill is everywhere" thing especially considering that the game takes place 20-30 years before the original. It looks more like a forbidden siren or Fatal Frame that's just borrowing the silent hill name for marketing purposes.

Then the gameplay video came out and it's just got shitty soulslike combat with bonfire analogs. But it has puzzles, so THAT makes it a silent hill game, and it has weapon degradation so THAT makes it survival horror. It doesn't even have guns.

It might be a decent game I guess, but it has less silent hill DNA than a public park toilet.

@coded_artist if you do ever play it I would recommend playing through the base game's story mode first.

@beardalaxy Wanted to share some really good news!

You remember that wii interface someone made for wallpaper engine, where you could click it but it was kind of aggravating to install because you had to use scripts and it was annoying to update?

Well the lead developer of wallpaper engine saw how popular it was and in their next update their integrating it into the app natively and it apparently works flawlessly and the person who created the original wallpaper has already updated it so when the update drops later this week you'll be able to use it immediately!

Gatcha is un-Gatcha-ing itself, and you're black-pilling?

Duet Night Abyss decided they will only have Gatcha elements on cosmetics, and even that can be crafted F2P if you grind enough.

Could be a flash in the pan, or it could be a new trend, seeing how light on monetization Genshin is, and they're raking in well over a billion, with a 200M investment, EVERY YEAR since it launched.

I don't like the twink sci-fi aesthetics, and much prefer the Heavy Metal, crush a man into paste sized gears of 80's sci-fi, but I might give it a try anyway.

@coded_artist this is how PSO2 has always been. scratch tickets for mostly cosmetic items, and basically everything can be purchased and sold in the player shops for in-game currency. it works really well, because you can buy scratch tickets and if you don't get the items you want you can usually sell the ones you don't and then get the ones you wanted from the player shop.

@noyoushutthefuckupdad @pettanko yeah i thought it looked kind of interesting but the gameplay SUCKS and the names they use for everything are laughably cringe. every time someone says "sensen" i can't help but laugh man it sounds like a childish innuendo for a vagina or something.

@Azur_Fenix @rlier23 also, on the last test i took i got like, lib and very slightly left of center. i think this test is probably just better since you can explain your reasoning.
