Man... I was excited for Alan Wake 2 but not now. I don't want to spend 50% of the game playing as a literal glownigger
that talks to herself a la Nathan Drake. I really wish devs would stop doing that shit, let the characters be silent! Especially if it's a horror game!
The UI also needs to be scaled down by at least 50%.
And yes I have been almost exclusively working on this for about 16 hours now. I want to kill myself. It was supposed to be a simple cleaning xD
I don't wanna say "I told you so"
BUT
Everyone was complaining about NGS ver2 "only adding creative spaces" up until it actually came out and now everyone is spending hours upon hours in it because it's INSANE how much you can do with it.
It might not be everyone's cup of tea but man, it's so clear that this is what SEGA has been working on for a long time. It really shows. And nobody believed that it was worthy of making the game ver2 xD
washed the old keyboard using the exact same method and it's totally fine. works better than it used to probably. i don't get it. i really don't know what i did wrong with that thing.
Well, shit's fucked.
I was gonna need a new keyboard anyway so it's not like I lost anything, but I'm still mad. I have no idea what I did. I took it apart several times, looked to see if anything was fucked, replaced everything, rewashed stuff, just.... Nothing works.
Even if it is some sort of firmware issue, where like when I reset it or opened it up or something it reset or got corrupted or whatever, the company doesn't produce the keyboard anymore and all of the drivers are wiped. Had a 2 year warranty but I've had it for 3.
Gonna dig up the old keyboard now and hope that works (I really need to clean that one too, it's been sitting in storage for a long time). If it doesn't, I'll probably be heading over to Walmart in a few hours. Still going to buy a new board regardless. Dammit.
mainly post about music and games, and share art from artists i like.
obviously i don't condone any sort of abuse/exploitation irl, go fuck yourself.
