Spent way too much energy in the reserve tanks being mad yesterday and now I've called off today because I'm lying on the floor half dead

i'm also going to be REALLY cutting back on the soda that i drink. it's usually on average 1 can a day right now. basically gonna go through the rest of it that i bought and then after that it'll only be when i'm out to eat with friends or something like that. last time i cut back on soda i dropped 7lbs just by doing that so, pretty good.

i swear i'm not addicted to it or anything, it just tastes so good 😭 i wish i could just get the taste from some other source lol. i don't even particularly like caffeine in my soda, i just like the taste.

did a little bit of jogging on my morning walk today, which is good! hopefully i can slowly work up to jogging the whole time. it was only maybe 1/4 today. that's really where i'm going to start seeing improvements. would like to get my resting heart rate down from 65-70 to 60, or lower! and start to shed this little belly i've got going. would be awesome.

i don't just want these people punished, i want their names written on an everlasting stone monument to be hilariously shamed far beyond the grave.

i'm sorry to keep harping on this but i watched charlie's video and he definitely omits the fact that sneako didn't just come right out of the gate swinging with "do you think kids can get their dicks chopped off?" he asked first about HRT to which charlie said "yeah if everyone consents to it" and honestly it seemed like he was joking at first, but since he very clearly reiterates that statement in his video it was probably nervous laughter or something instead.

so not only is he cool with kids going through HRT, he's trying to bait and switch his audience into thinking his opinion wasn't really that crazy and that sneako was just going all out with the hyberole or whatever. not that sneako is a great guy either but it seems like he's using that to say "look how crazy sneako is, i'm not that crazy!"
