Phone interview did in fact happen today and it went well! They don't have enough hours for me to quit my current job at the moment, but I'm going to see if I can rearrange the days I work a bit so I can work both. Then they want me for an in-person interview soon so I think things are going well. They did say that a full time position was possible in the future, so I want to try working my ass off there to the point where I'm the first person they think of.
