First of all, Shulk is all the autistic representation I need in media, and I don't think Adam Howden is autistic. It's good that he's not explicitly designated as autistic and simply is portrayed going through any number of struggles autistic people can relate to, because spelling everything out is retarded and cringe. Second of all, the concept of ableism is retarded.
