@LodedDiaper @PurpCat I've seen similar products being made back in the 2000s though I can't remember any specifics. I remember Jaks Pacific who made a bunch of plug-n-play consoles also making plug-n-play toys like this one which was basically an electronic magnifying glass that you can plug into your TV, but that wasn't made for girls in particular. But I could've sworn that there were products like this. Maybe they plugged into a PC rather than a TV. This just looks like an early precursor to them all.

Now, I'm a certified C++ programmer. I got some cash to burn so I'll try to see how many more I could do. I'll probably do the JS frameworks (jQuery, Angular, etc) because that's what keeps on appearing in job requirements. I don't get why W3Schools prices them the same as vanilla JavaScript though.

On the web interface PayPal just introduced a new dark pattern #enshittification to the transfer-balance-to-bank-account process to trick the user into electing the premium and quite expensive "immediate transfer" option, instead of choosing the free 1-3 day option.
