@fish No I mean that he has his own project known as "Small Web" or "Web 0". It seems to be a P2P web replacement, much like ZeroNet or IPFS, but he doesn't seem to care about the free-speech aspect of having a P2P network. It is built mostly on "anti-capitalism" instead to the point that he calls Silicon Valley "right-libertarian".

That's my only beef with it, but supposedly, a hypothetical panarchist society would have common law and private courts to deal with conflict between different law providers though maybe it would be easier just to have a patchwork of city-states, micronations, and autonomous zones.
