@shebang I think it works differently than the connect. The EyeToy uses basic color detection while the Kinect uses machine learning to detect skeletal tracking. This ended up being a problem with the EyeToy because anything moving in the background will be detected and registered.
I don't know if it could be possible to use it with VR but it would have to be used in a place where it is guaranteed that nothing in the background would move.
@shebang Not when they're so fucking cheap. Nobody wants them.

The worst part of the game has to be your allies. They don't help at all and it's just a chore to keep them alive. It feels like an escort mission most of the time.
I also don't understand why there is so much hype for this game (or the franchise in general). It's just a 3D rail-shooter. It's pretty fun, but I don't get why it's considered one of the greatest games of all time.
Maybe I'm just spoiled by more free-roaming shooters like Star Wars: Rogue Squadron.
So people are aware, if you really hate not having mentions in the text on your instance there’s now an MRF to insert them: https://git.pleroma.social/pleroma/pleroma/-/merge_requests/3609
Amazing what’s possible when people take matters into their own hands instead of screaming at FOSS devs.
@crunklord420 I did a 3D renderer in JavaScript for my senior project last semester. You are giving me bad flashbacks.
