Localization was NOT kind to this game - we only got the Sun version in the west, but thanks to the leak, we now know an English version of Star was planned. Hey, if we're lucky, there might be a English Moon version floating around out there... not so sure about Comic Bom Bom Special though - that's the one were they redrew some of the Robopon to look more like their designs from the... rather infamous manga, if memory serves.

Funny, because most people who use the term "transphobia" unironically also support some form or derivate of Marxism ( the idea that society is structured over the base of some some sort of "group warfare" where the in-group is called the "oppressed group" and the out-group is called the "oppressor group" and that the in-group has an inherently right to power over the out-group ) which is objectively an anti-american value ( the US Constitution pretty much opposes everything Marxism stands for ).

I did not, however, design these pieces for use with standard chess. I did make accomodations for standard chess: these pieces certainly can be used for standard chess. However, they were designed primarily for a medieval persian variant of shatranj (predecessor of chess) which uses a much larger 11x10 board, and which has a number of extra pieces. All of the emoji names for these pieces start with “:shatranj_”
