Algorithms are often better at diagnosing that the doctors that contributed to them so I would assume that a statistical model that is was created by detectives and that has access to most of not all available crimestats would be better at guessing than the detective.

My answer would depend on how mature the AI is. If it were future AI, I'd pick it, but with current tech, if someone were to ask it if I were innocent, it would probably answer that I'm cheese.

But also, I am watching the interrigation videos now, and it's scary. These people are being stressed the shit out for 4 hours straight.

Who wouldn't break under such conditions?

And as autist, the idea of someone misreading my emotions scares me to death.

Well, and detective can understand the concept.... theoretically. But I cannot tell it to the AI.

> AI is impartial and neutral
I did not want to write that into the question. Actually the exact opposite, since you have no idea what data was it trained on, and who categorized them to "innocent" and "guilty".

Would you trust a detective or an AI to determine your Innocence during an interigation?
