No, most of them are still payed upfront. And, since you obviously think: "why not ask for a percentage of profits" Well, it's because it's the dumbest thing you can do in that industry.

To be fair, I totally get where this one is comming from. There are more pointless pop ups in our daily use, then there are adverts. So, obviously a kid lears to click X and go on.

Local companies should get a 20% advantage over companies foreign on the government contracts.
