There is no phenomenon. Some people work more, while other are lazy fucks. But to see a group who define themselves as "quiting" cannot be good.

I seriously hate the fact, there is now an open debate on "quiet quitting".

First, it is posioning the well for any new employee who will want to work properly, since bosses will have a new reason not to trust them.

And second: You idiots are making it public. What part of QUIET do you not understand?
