If culture was genetical, then I would share a culture with my mother. I don't. She doesn't share enough ideas (memes) wish me to be able to communicate even the most basic of concepts. Her entire family is as foreign to me as Hindus are.

While I do understand what you're trying to say, the genetic variables of the process are definitely not sufficient.

Culture is a shared space of memes.

Sargon of Accad said that when you see a person from your culture, you gain a small level of telepathy. You look at a person's face, and you know their intent. Their words do not have any hidden meaning, and you can form an actual connection. On the other hand, when you are outside of your culture, literally, any conversation can turn suddenly hostile based on you missing a smirk or a phrase.

As an autistic guy, I can tell you that my demands for a specific subculture are insanely more precise than for normies, but living outside of it is the same as being denied a certain nutrition. At first, you might be ok for a week, but after years of hunger, it drains and deforms you.
