One of the common questions about the current culture wars is, why do conservatives seem to have a decades worth of foresight compared to the left.

Well, obvious question is, that the war is of the leftie agression, but the more complex one is, that they refuse to take a look at their own precedence.

For instance, there is so called laugh test. It says, that no matter what the law says, if it's application is so ridiculous, that the jury will laugh you out of the curt, then it is as good as void. But, is that really so? Because 15 years ago, it was clearly demonstrated, that logical coherence of laws is not important at all thanks to many open discrimination rulings. Here is the problem though. They didn't understand, that they did break the laugh test. So, how do you explain to them, that Trump going balls deep on governmental institutions with no protection is actually quite expected, since ignoring laws and proper procedures was introduced into the common practice more then 15 years ago?
