Okay that was the worst sports game I went to in a while, the actual game was good but DC is so fucking bad to traverse and the garbage stadium food was like double the price since last time I went... also there was a little kid sitting next to me coughing the entire time so I am probably going to get sick...
@LukeAlmighty I think it's nice to have rocks there if you're making a natural kind of landscape, but that park definitely needs more greenery.

@matrix I have had a 4TB QLC from Samsung for 3 years and it fine, it drops hard if you are writing like 70GB at once but otherwise it’s not that bad. I was worried since I accidentally bought it without realizing it’s QLC but it’s been not an issue so far, so QLC isn’t the worst thing ever if you want the hueg space

God's Disdain is a non-linear, turn-based JRPG about a world stricken by a mysterious plague. As Tamiko, alongside her brother Kenshin and other friends you find along the way, you must find a way to stop the plague for good and either save Hajimari or damn it. There are tons of side quests, dungeons, and unique locations to check out as well as plenty of gear and magic! The world is totally open for you to explore... what will you find?

@sendpaws These infuriate me to an autistic level, I don't know about Soylent but I'm assuming it's just as bad as all the others. They are so overpriced for the amount of nutrients they contain, and shitty tasting, have so many random ingredients. Literally living off of milk and bread is probably healthier, if you need more protein get protein powder. Won't be filled with 20 different corn and rapeseed byproducts

@Alex @matrix True, in that vein a lot of the enjoyment is the experience with the community, and compared to 20, 15, even 10 years ago... yeah fuck.
I think there's still value to the story of FFXIV, it's pretty entertaining at a lot of points despite the lows hitting hard, but you can literally just play the game as if it's a single player game, or I dunno watch that shit on YouTube and save 400 hours. At this point the community is basically anime Second Life, existing beyond being a wallflower is engaging in hostile social PVP where you even risk getting your account banned for overstepping boundaries. But otherwise in general, it's very sad how these games made for hundreds of people to be in the world together end up being social deserts where, if they have to party up then it's very reluctantly. And yeah I get it, people are garbage now...
@matrix for FFXIV the "good part" is literally 2 out of 6 of the expansions and if you don't complete everything on release then the people who said they'd play with you will abandon you
