@jfk @hideki @Corfiot i just go from a behringer mixer to my pc via usb, then it gets put into mixcraft.

for the cp2077 song they said "in between 2 and 3 minutes" and mine is 2:59 xD i actually had to cut out an entire verse.

@jfk @Corfiot @hideki i found the problem, it was using a different audio backend and i couldn't switch to the one i was using before because it kept giving me errors. i had to turn my mixer up all the way to get it to sound even somewhat close and even then the EQ still sounded weird so i had to fiddle around with it manually. probably sounds fine to someone who doesn't know i had to do that and in what part of the song.

i got the song pretty much done though, i could sit around for hours and tweak stuff here and there but i don't really have that kind of time >.> gonna' do a car stereo test in a few hours and tweak stuff around after that if i have to.

AAAGGGGHHH what the fuck??!?!?!! i changed nothing, NOTHING about my recording setup and now the EQ is all fucked and the volume is way down! what the fuck???

if you have a hacked switch and aren't playing HDR what are you doin??

you can also play it on ryujinx, there are tutorials for it. not my preferred way to play but still an option if you can't play on console.

@lanodan @xianc78 unless i'm playing a gig, i'd much rather get alcohol from the store and drink it at home with some friends and some vidya.

@cyberdystopia@minidisc.tokyo that's how i'm going to feel about fucking shigeru miyamoto

Obviously NSFW (bodybuilding rant)

@LukeAlmighty you can't feel it? that's interesting, maybe it's because i'm on the skinnier side but i can put my hand over there and feel that muscle.

@LukeAlmighty oh yeah, the first little while sleeping on a new bed or sitting on a new chair can be pretty uncomfortable, but i also kind of like that feeling because you can tell some good shit is happening.

@xianc78 @lanodan i've only been to one place that did this and it was a bar. that's also the only bar i've ever been to.

@WashedOutGundamPilot @Xeraser haha, i think the first time i ever chose a female character was pokemon emerald. i had already played the game once as a male character, but i lost the cartridge and when i got a new one i played female just to make it different.

@Xeraser @WashedOutGundamPilot i think most guys who play male characters are either afraid of being made fun of for playing a female character, or they're just looking to self-insert. that's why baldur's gate 3 has a vast majority of players playing a white human male.

i did that for a long time too, just made myself in every game, but when i played PSO2 i was trying to get my preferred stats, back when gender/race mattered for stats, so playing a cyborg female was the way to go. after that i opened up to not playing myself in games anymore, especially because most games have really shitty options when it comes to beards.

@lanodan i fucking HATE this, especially when my phone just drops data and well, sucks to suck i can't pull the menu up anymore.

Any personal computer device should be required to allow installing 3rd party software by law change my mind! Xbox seems to be able to do it securely so they have no excuse in my eyes

@dommymommy mein kampf, naturally.

actually though, i really don't read. i bought house of leaves like a year ago and haven't gotten even 1/4 the way through. the last book i read in full was mockingjay from hunger games, right when it came out.

i remember hunger games being a really good book, i actually read the whole thing in two days and stayed up on school nights. i got super addicted to it.

i think my favorite book, although it's kind of silly, is "guess how much i love you." it's a children's book where a kid bunny and a dad bunny saying how much they love each other. very simple but very sweet, my mom used to read it to me a lot as a kid so it has some good memories attached to it. when i have kids this'll be the first book i read to them.
