bought a walking pad. i'll be taking an hour to walk every day and will go backwards every other day, per my fitness guru friend's instruction to help strengthen my knees and ankles. too cold to do it outside right now and i wish i could have gotten this sooner, but i had to pay a lot more rent without another roommate.

@sendpaws @arc a lot of these places will just interview and maybe even hire you on the spot if you go in there and catch the hiring manager. whereas if you put your application in, it'll either get sucked into a hell hole or rejected immediately.

@arc for jobs like that it is much better to go in person than to fill out an application online. if the person who hires isn't around, come back later.

Played a little bit of the game too and it's pretty fun. It seems like most of the negative reviews (of which there are a ton of) are either complaining about downtime with the servers, being a "gooner game," or complaints about the monetization (which isn't even that bad honestly, plus it's a f2p game i mean come on).

Don't know how much more I'll play it because I'm not usually into PvP stuff, but we'll see. I kind of want to grind it more so I can make my character look cooler lol.

Holy shit you guys NEED to check out the mecha break demo even if just for the character creator. It's some of the most in depth character creation I've seen. I'm gonna be doing this for the next hour.

@Ronnie21093 looks like the latest version works for some people and not others, if it doesn't i've seen people recommend just removing the .package file.
