@alyx pretty much. it has premium features you can pay for if you want. they also make money from their own ad program, which you can opt into in order to earn crypto but i don't do that because i don't really care. default search engine is their own search engine which is decent but i still use google for images. the built in adblocker is also really good and since it's built directly into the browser it's not affected by manifest v3 at all.

a lot of the crypto features are turned on by default so if you don't want them you have to turn them off but that's my only complaint with brave. a lot of people freak out that it is just chromium but chromium is still good and still open source.

here's what i got for the summer sale.
wanted some more but i had to cut a few to stay within budget.
also got fast fusion on switch 2.

@alyx I don't think siding with Iran naturally makes you an antisemite just like hating Israel doesn't. Religion or nationality has nothing to do with it for the vast majority of people. It's about government actions and it mostly comes down to how much someone's hatred of Israel blinds them to Iran's wrongdoings.

Saying that somebody is an antisemite because they don't support Israel or they do support Iran is like saying somebody is racist against black people because they don't like the ghettos. It's the same subversive shit that pushes people away but from the right this time instead of the left.
