@tomie i mean i think the whole argument is whether you think someone who is 15 should be able to transition or not, not semantics over whether a 15 year old is a child or if they can make other life altering decisions. you can make life altering decisions at any age, but the point is that society at large and especially someone's immediate guardians should try and mitigate the severity of the choices being made. i'd argue that applies to not just minors but everyone in your circle. it's just that minors are more vulnerable so they need more protection.
