@deadheat they're mostly vocal clicks and stuff, the severity mostly depends on my stress level and how tired i am. i do dip a tiny bit into coprolalia when it gets really bad (mostly just saying fuck/cuck/cock).

but yeah if i focus i can stop them from happening. it's interesting listening to recordings of myself because any time there is dead air i'm clicking or something. i think everyone (including myself) kind of tunes it out.
