@LukeAlmighty @Mr_NutterButter did she do the voice?
@moi thanks! I hope it'll be good x)
@Mr_NutterButter thankfully my work is something I actually enjoy lol
@moi it's probably better to make a game in Godot, considering it is FOSS and can have its games ported everywhere much easier. Like I said, I've been using rpg maker for a long time, 17 years in fact, because I love its user interface. It's extremely friendly, and with the game I set out to make it might be the only engine that could accommodate a one man dev xD
@moi yeah, go for it! I've honestly just been using rpg maker so long that I'm pretty adept at it. If you like an engine though stick with it :)
I'm gonna check out Godot once I'm done with my game to see if it'll work well for my next one. I've seen some pretty cool things done with it and it's gaining popularity now so there are more tutorials out there.
@qwerty same here. I don't get to play much real D&D anymore so I turn to this kind of stuff.
@RehnSturm256 good luck
@matana hell yeah
@honkwerx hell yeah brother
@LukeAlmighty I'm sure it's something like feeling like you deserve pain or wanting to feel something other than depression or whatever, but that's not quite it. That's too edgy. It's not done for attention either, because most people hide it. It's probably more akin to a cry for help, like you're hoping someone will notice and ask you about it and make sure you're okay or something along those lines.
Remember to check in on your homies.
@LukeAlmighty one of my friends was asking why people do that, and the only answer I had was that there is no rational thought behind it. It's just something you do. You're not in a good headspace and you do irrational things.
I feel like if I had been born 10 years later my chance of trooning out would have been MUCH higher. I'm so glad I didn't grow up with that shit.
