the primary reason i decided i wasn't going to get the vax was because i try to resist the Pig American System in as many legal ways possible but soon i found that my decision was vindicated by all the side effects and spike protein shenanigans

I shouldn't be classified under an umbrella term because I'm not interested in sex or romance. The asexual community keeps on complaining about how asexuals aren't represented in LGBT. I say we should stay the hell away from LGBT. Gay, bi, and trans issues don't apply to me. There was never a civil rights struggle for asexuals. There was never anything stopping us from being celibate, maybe outside of honor-based cultures.
AAPI is another term I hate because Asians and Pacific Islanders almost have nothing to do with each other and correct me if I'm wrong but I think Native Americans are more closely related to Asians than Polynesians are.
@ragnaroek @ChristiJunior @PepeWalnuts @hourmutt And of course it's a word that applies to everyone under the LGBT umbrella ("attack on one of us is an attack on all of us" mentality). Another reason why I hate the term LGBT (along with the letters after that). Trying to lump gays, bisexuals, asexuals, and transgender people into one "community" so that trans issues are all the sudden gay issues as well.
It's also why I hate terms like BIPOC to refer to anyone who isn't white or "Neurodivergent" to refer to anyone with a cognitive disorder, no matter how minor.

@ragnaroek @PepeWalnuts @hourmutt "Gender" is the hardest one to shed, because "gender" and "sex" used to be interchangeable, I don't like repeating words too much, and sex of course has multiple meanings making it the potentially the more awkward term to use.

I think the word "heterosexual" is fine. "Hetero" is the opposite root of "homo". "Cis" is the opposite root of "trans". It comes from the Latin root meaning "on the side of".

(In response to a question on YT asking me about the new pride flags).
Both the hoist-side triangle and the + brown/black stripe flags are hideous. I don't know how to describe it better. The rainbow is a natural phenomena, and is pretty. It does a good job of positively representing concepts like "diversity" and does so in a fun way. It's such an infectious icon that whenever you see a rainbow you just assume now it's a gay related organization.
Painting shit brown and baby colors, especially altogether, just is an eyesore. What does brown on the rainbow flag even mean? Brown gay people?? Why does that need its own flag? We already assume black people can be gay. Who needs to be told otherwise?
The trans flag itself is hideous and confusing. It looks like something rotting. I see dead blue skin, pink exposed flesh, and white pus. It doesn't represent transition to me. All those other sexuality flags are cheap imitations of a once-great idea, and only in that shared concept of "cheap imitation" does it accurately represent what it tries to.
Neo-liberal movements are broad and confusing. There's so many conflicting groups trying to share one house that it cannot be accurately represented. Which is why there's also no good conservative flags, except perhaps the Gadsden, which itself says nothing but "I don't like the government and I will defend myself".
