Real ID isn’t about keeping you safe—it’s about expanding government power. After two decades of delays, this national ID system does little to prevent terrorism, but a lot to erode privacy and centralize control. Don’t mistake “security” for surveillance. @connormokeeffe

God's Disdain Version 1.0.9 Patch Notes
-Fixed a bug where the player could gain the Cannabis item very early and use it to sequence break the game.
-Made the Dokutsu Caverns enemies a different color to differentiate them from the ones in Dokutsu Caverns 2 and other caves.
-Fixed a softlock when talking to Takuma in his house in Kusa Town.
-Moved an exclamation animation to Joe instead of his sign in Kusa Town and Joryoku.
-Using a Miracle Solution in the Separation Stones now gives Tamiko and Kenshin a permanent Luck stat increase. If you've already used one on your save, you can do this one more time for the Luck increase.
-Made the exit from the left hallway of taverns more obvious.
-Added an interaction sparkle effect to the secret passage in Karako City.
-Added the Map item to the item shops.
-Added the riddle from the strange man in the Dokutsu Caverns to the Stories menu. If you have already heard this riddle, the next time you enter the overworld you'll unlock the story entry.
In addition, I am looking into making a system for zooming into the map when opening it through the item. This might take a little bit longer so please be patient!

@beardalaxy I think many of the delayed games suck because they were trying to keep up with the industry trends instead of making a good game.
Duke Nukem Forever is probably the best example. The developers wanted it to be on par with the most advanced games at the time because DN3D was released a month before Quake and looked severely outdated because of it. So they were constantly changing engines and starting from scratch.
Though I haven't played or know the development story about any of the games on the right side of the image, so I don't know what happened with those games.
Recently I played the PC port of the 1992 Famicom classic Gimmick!
Here are my Oshie thoughts!
This weekend, 800 yen is on the line for After Midnight Games as we try out a Linux-native indie RPG. It's cheap-as-free on Steam, but if we're impressed enough after 4 hours of playtime they'll earn a sale of the Supporter Pack.

I've also re-positioned the sword to better fit the new sprite. It's still not perfect though and I plan to redo the walking animation, so that the character is holding the shield in place instead of swinging it.
