Weird random bug with the game, it shows the title screen options once you start a new game. Got it fixed and uploading a patch now! You might have to restart your Steam client in order to get the update. Sorry about that!

GabeN could do what he did and focus on long-term growth exactly because Steam never went publicly traded. Had he gone the public offering route, he too would have been forced to chase short term growth, or he would have been booted outside his own company now owned by investors.

God's Disdain is a non-linear, turn-based JRPG about a world stricken by a mysterious plague. As Tamiko, alongside her brother Kenshin and other friends you find along the way, you must find a way to stop the plague for good and either save Hajimari or damn it. There are tons of side quests, dungeons, and unique locations to check out as well as plenty of gear and magic! The world is totally open for you to explore... what will you find?

Many people have contributed to this game over the course of the last near-decade, and we would all appreciate you trying it out!
