@xianc78 I've learnt more on the internet just in my own time than I ever did in uni.

Most of my fellow students didn't really even give a shit about what they were learning, to begin with.

I was told that I was "intimidating" in terms of an (alleged) intellectual presence because I asked questions and would regularly debate people (which is what you're supposed to do, at least in terms of humanities degrees).

I just read the first and last 5 pages of a 50 page reading, and I'd regularly turn up to class high af.

I've been kinda categorizing all the diverse adverts I see, and one thing I've noticed is a switch from hetero mixed-race relationships to gay mixed-race relationshpis, often with non-Europeans (i.e. African + Asian, etc...).

Obv it doesn't really change the absurdity of it all, and it's not like the other standard diverse adverts don't exist, but I found it interesting...

...Either that, or my smart phone/iPad is logging all the times I call stuff "gay" and then using that to give me gay adverts...Which.....Isn't too far off, now that I think about it...

@LukeAlmighty I stayed up for 2 days straight once when I was a kid. Sleepover with friends.

Got home, put on the TV, the Patton film was playing, and I thought I closed my eyes for one second, I open them again, and like 3.5 hours have passed and the film was over.

Sucks, because it’s a good film.
