No, I do not think he is based in the slightest. Elon lacks the philosophical bases on witch the moral framework could be constructed. In fact, he is an immoral bastard, who just happens to be on a vendeta against someone more evil then him.
But: Spending time with your kid is a good thing. Always, with no reasonable exceptions. If there are any absolute moral statements to be made, spending time with your kids is good would be the first one among them.

Zelensky being a dictator is one thing, but someone really needs to talk about how badly Ukrainian men have been fucked over - Ukrainian women are Modern Women, are they not? All the same rights as men, right? (probably a lot more, in reality)
So why the HELL are only Ukrainian men being drafted and straight off abducted off the streets to fight and die for Ukraine's kike president and Muslim defense secretary? As a young person, I deeply respect this soft power. I saw the young generation transfer from marver/Star wars /Star trek era of people who would die for American principles to my generation of passionate weeb pro-freedom gigachads to now young girls being willing to literally learn to speak Chinese.
It is a huge power, that makes the difference especially when deciding to lay your life for a country, that allows your kids to grow up in a world that you like....
But:
